What a session!

That is the first time I have ever connected with Jesus in that way.

He turned my sorrow to joy and heaviness into laughter.

It turns out that Jesus is indeed the best!

I’m excited now because I feel like I think we have turned a corner and I’m not going in that black hole with no hope.  My mind is searching for more to uncover and remove!!

I even feel I can read the word now and not have the feelings of this stuff doesn’t work and all the negative that went with it.  I’m at a starting point and I’m not getting depressed with worrying about a place to live or anything.  Just asking the Lord to show me the way.

You are so awesome and I so appreciate you hanging in there with me and your wife!!  When you’re trapped in the dark, there is no way to see the light and now I have light coming in.  WOOHOO!!

I can’t imagine how many jewels you have in your crown. 👑
I know Jesus delights in your heart to minister to others.

I have had such incredible days since our session.
It is unbelievable what the Lord is doing in my life!

I took a risk today.
I shared my heart with someone and their response was not what I needed but rather than get totally offended I could see how their guardian was up high, and how defensive they were and that they were speaking from their past hurt.
Normally, that would’ve really upset me.
I can get a glimpse of seeing how it might be possible to live unoffended!
Your hard work is paying off and I am benefiting.

After a traumatic event, I struggled to sleep for the next two and a half years.
Even with a new bed, grounding sheets, calming music, sleepy-time tea, melatonin, and Wifi/lights off early, I’d often lie awake till 1-4am.
Eventually I'd rest a few hours from frustrated exhaustion.
During a recent HeartSync with Rick, we uncovered a “sleep guardian,” exchanged a lie for a Truth with Jesus, and thanked God for this Divine Encounter.
Every night since, without any sleep-aids, I fall asleep effortlessly, dream more frequently, and awake more energetically. 

I agree these divine encounters are all fundamental shifts in my inner world, preparing me for whatever the next season brings.
That was the first time I had ever processed a dream like that.
Rather than retelling the dream with my left brain logic, analyzing symbols, and asking Holy Spirit for interpretation, it was a wildly different (and dare I say more effective) approach to re-experience the dream with my right brain and walk through it again with Jesus.
Your prompts in the beginning to not analyze and just “put myself back in the dream” were exactly what I needed.
It obviously flowed naturally from there.
The “alternate ending” to my dream as it were was a profound perspective shift how God can use dreams to transform us into His image. 

And appreciating how you’ve helped me get this far that I can handle my situation, the things I’m going through with Grace and strength and stability.

I so appreciate your help and your prayers.
I am extremely grateful and excited for my progress.
I could have never imagined that I could feel this way going through a divorce after over 40 years of marriage.
What a gift inner healing ❤️‍🩹 is.  

I don’t think I can thank you enough for your time and effort in helping me get through this with Jesus.

I just did the same meditation again.
Was lead to a sea of tears from all the pain from my marriage.
I swam in it and loved on many of the creatures living there (emotion parts?).
Then saw Jesus's hand touch the waters and heal them.  

I cannot thank you enough for how generously you shared your time with me Rick.

You are a huge blessing in my life.

We took the way home from *** that was by the school which betrayed us.
The last time I made that drive was after I walked in on him being mistreated.
I have avoided that route for months now because it was too painful. 
Yesterday I felt nothing but peace. It was redemptive and a full closure to that chapter of our lives. 

I’m doing a lot better.
I stared feeling much better after HS yesterday.

Went to the DMV and wasn’t upset for the first time ever.
What more could I ask for than not being upset by my age old nemesis?

Yes, the session today was amazing – more amazing than I realized when I was in the encounter…. I think function was trying to catch up with what happened, but couldn’t.
There is still much she doesn’t understand about what happened in there, but I feel like an entirely new person.
A huge weight has lifted off of me.
I felt extreme joy for the rest of the afternoon.
I also didn’t get overwhelmed emotionally even when a difficult situation came up.
I am truly grateful for today and believe more fruit will come from today’s session.
