  • Divine Encounter is a Christian ministry and may not align with all faiths and spiritual beliefs.
  • Currently, ministry is provided by Richard Phillips, a qualified HeartSync minister:  Richard is not a licensed counselor, therapist, mental health professional, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
  • Divine Encounter offers prayer ministry and is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
  • Participants are advised to continue any existing treatments or medications prescribed by licensed professionals and consult them before making any changes.
  • For any physical or mental health concerns, participants are encouraged to seek licensed healthcare professionals.
  • Participation is entirely voluntary, and individuals may withdraw from sessions at any time.
  • Participants acknowledge they are engaging in the process willingly, and all participating minors must have the consent of a legal guardian.
  • Divine Encounter and its representatives are released from liability for any harm or perceived harm resulting from voluntary participation in their processes, including teachings, prayer ministry, and related activities.
  • Divine Encounter and its representatives reserve the right to decline ministry.
  • The Divine Encounter facilitator’s role is to guide the process of prayer and ministry, not to offer medical or professional psychological advice.
  • There are no guarantees of healing or resolution of traumatic, emotional, or spiritual issues:  results may vary based on personal circumstances.
  • Fees are due at the time of scheduling; missed appointments are generally rescheduled, and refunds may be made unless missed appointments become chronic.
  • Divine Encounter does not accept insurance, does not keep records of ministry sessions, and will not assist with litigation of any type.
  • Session details are kept in strict confidentiality, though specific legal exceptions (such as disclosures of harm or abuse) may apply.  General, anonymous details may be shared with ministry colleagues and trainees for educational purposes.
  • References or links to third-party resources either on this website or during a session are for informational purposes and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement; additionally, Divine Encounter will not be responsible for the content or practices of external sites or ministries.
